Technology Strategist / Engagement Lead

Description

As a Technology Strategist you will to help advance the client’s long-term competitive position, working with our clients to investigate and assess their key issues, develop conduct analyses, identify viable business strategies, technology approaches and solutions to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and the implementation of digital/technical roadmaps, business cases, cost/benefit analyses and deliverables related to major enterprise digital/technical implementations
  • Lead conversations with senior client stakeholders  to land value propositions for technology solutions with customers
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple client engagements, managing complex stakeholder relationships and mobilizing solutions teams to bring valuable technology solutions

Key Skills Required:

  • Technology consulting and business development background.
  • Proven understanding of modern technologies and their applications in the business world
  • Good business acumen and ability to translate commercial requirements into technical solutions including ability to communicate  concepts and their impact to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in areas of: Strategy, Innovation, Experience Design, Service Design, Client Experience Strategy, and/or Customer Journey Mapping
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Experience in areas of: Strategy, Innovation, Experience Design, Service Design, Client Experience Strategy, and/or Customer Journey Mapping
  • Highly motivated individual, enthusiastic to take on a variety of challenges and opportunities.
