spice™ is seeking a customer-oriented and technology-savvy Software Development Manager.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development life cycle from scoping, analysis, design, implementation, and quality assurance to delivery and support for both new and existing applications within accepted standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Solve challenging business and technical problems to meet company’s and customer needs
• Be part of a fast-paced team providing leading IT solutions.
• Develop, manage and prepare best software development team.
• Guide, coach and mentor software development team.
• Provide project management and technical leadership for every aspect of software.
• Prepare lifecycle for different projects inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, testing along with delivery to product management.
• Supervise architecture plus lead efforts to develop technical roadmap of all projects.
• Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality software.
• Supervise resource allocation to assure attainment of development goals.
• Involve in strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business with leadership chain, team and with customers.
• Manage and execute software development projects from beginning to finish.
• Evaluate projects, develop and update schedules plus supervise project status.
• Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular team meetings.
• Ensure top quality design reviews attaining business goals.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise, full lifecycle solutions using .NET and relational databases.
• C#, Winforms, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Xamarin, HTML / HTML5, CSS / CSS3, JavaScript Libraries, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, responsive web design, cross-browser and mobile/tablet compatibility.
• Knowledge of web services, Windows services, FTP, XML and file parsing.
• Knowledge of EDI integration.
• Good to know – Telerik controls
• Demonstrated ability to recognize business needs, analyze requests, recommend and deliver technical solutions.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills; a team player; a positive and innovative thinker.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Contemporary design sense and attention to details.
• University or College Degree in Computer Science, or related field.
